4 years ago, I embarked on my fitness journey as a 60kg, lanky, and frail teen, determined to build confidence and feel at ease in my own skin. While my primary goal has always been to develop muscle, I quickly discovered that strength training was the key to achieving the physique I’ve always dreamed of. Physical transformations don’t happen overnight, but pursuing strength became my unwavering motivation—an ongoing challenge that I could work toward each day in the gym.
